VICKY CHRISTINA BARCELONA is a film directed and written by Woody Allen. It's 2008 romantic comedy drama film stars Scarlett Johansson, Rebecca Hall, Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz. The film was set in Barcelona, yet again why I love Woody's work. In my opinion, shooting a film like this in Europe is the best thing. 'Letters to Juliet (2010)' isn't that good but the production design made the whole film interesting and fun to watch. Penelope Cruz won an Oscar for best supporting actress for portraying Maria Elena in this film and yeah I thought she deserved it.
I rate this film 9/10 or critically acclaimed
