LINCOLN

Lincoln is 2012 American historical drama film directed by Steven Spielberg. We know what the story is about from the title itself. Yes, it's about the President Abraham Lincoln. Daniel Day-Lewis portrayal of Abraham Lincoln received a widespread critical acclaimed by the critics and ultimately went on to win his third Oscar (most of any actors in history). It's no doubt that Daniel is a living legend in this industry. Sally Field and Tommy Lee Jones each received Oscar nomination for supporting actress and supporting actor but failed to win. The movie itself won the best production Design at the Oscars. The film has a large number of great cast but still failed to win SAG award for outstanding cast. Personally, I think Daniel's performance deserved the Oscar. Maybe next time, Joaquin.

So anyway, I rate this film  8.5/10 or critically acclaimed for the performances and beautiful screenplay. It's a long film but definitely worth watching.
